Moictani

Moictani is a project by Spanish-Swiss artist Tania Praz. Conceived and composed in her bedroom in 2021, it is an ode to the DIY movement that has become so widespread in recent years. All the compositions are the fruit of experimentation in the musician's intimate, gentle, dreamy world. She unabashedly invites listeners to join her in her imagination, moving freely between the musical genres that shape her identity.

Initially sung in English and after a few French lyrics, the project quickly developed around her mother tongue, Spanish. On stage, Moictani performs alongside Patrick Chevalley (bass), Rémi Larpin (drums), Antoine Poudret (keyboards) and Keziah Popolillo (guitar).

A year ago, Moictani met a blue car and together they embarked on a journey through time, taking four weird elves with them. Together, they set off on an adventure into a strange world. It's the start of a new story filled with songs, laughs, tears and love, which she hopes will last a long time!!!! Long live music and long live friends.

‘Mi coche azul’ is intimate and liberating. It marks a musical transition that began alone in a bedroom and ended up shared with new, passionate people. It's also a liberation for the stage, a taste for performances that Moictani is embracing for good!
