möf is the pseudonym of musician Fabian Mösch (he/him, based in Zurich). Fabian co-founded the eight-piece instrumental band Pamplona Grup, played in improvisational projects and classical orchestras, and performed with various bands both in the studio and live, including Lord Kesseli & the Drums, Odd Beholder, and several others.
With the immersive art and event collective Club Dänemark, he organized the event series “Kontemplative Reize” (Contemplative Stimuli, 2023 and 2024), composed the music for the short film “Erhitzte Gemüter” (Heated Tempers) by Sophia Fries, and currently plays with the projects haït, Das Schrei Nicht So Orkestra, Flutorama, in a duo with Italian drummer Francesca Remigi, and together with musician Elischa Heller, with whom they play a seven- to eight-hour sleep concert (2024 and 2025).
His first solo album, “The Good Thing About Bad Sleep Is,” was released in 2023, followed by “The Bad Thing About Good Sleep Is” in 2024.
