Luiza's music is a celebration of life, an ode to
femininity, and a musical bonfire.
Born in Rennes to a Brazilian mother and French father, Luiza grew up
in a family where music and creativity were part of everyday life.
Art was seen as a way of life, and she learned to marvel at
everything. After classical training at the Rennes Conservatory, she
explored Brazil and the Amazon, Parisian life, an art school
in Réunion, and the stages of the world wherever her path took her.

She shared her inspirations with numerous artists, released a dub EP with
Khoe Wa, signed several features (Fakear, Mahom, Flavia Coelho, etc.)
and made a memorable appearance on Taratata with Féfé, where she even ended up
performing songs from her own repertoire.

For the past year, Luiza has been getting crowds dancing everywhere she goes with her trio on
stage. Radio Nova has named her one of its “favorites” from the
latest Bars en Trans festival. She has also opened for Zoufris
Maracas, Fatoumata Diawara at the Olympia, and Ladaniva at the
Bataclan. Trumpeter Louis Thomas (Ladaniva) was heavily
involved in the composition of several tracks on her first EP, "

Fantastik (released in February 24), as well as Luis Malapa (Myra), Victor Vagh
(Flavia Coelho), and GuiB (Ours Samplus), who offer their expertise in
programming and melodic compositions.

While tracks such as “Demain Demain” and “Oxala” continue to
captivate audiences, Luiza has recently made a lasting impression with a new
unstoppable reggae sound: “Soleil Bleu” (with the duo Bleu Soleil), a contagious anthem to
freedom that has reached number one on Spotify's Top Viral chart
and in the Top 20 Instagram & Tiktok trends. Undoubtedly one of the
songs of the summer, ahead of the release of her first album, which promises to be
brilliant.
