Lords of Lounge

Lords of Lounge formed in 2021 when chance threw them together for a humble, last-minute hotel lobby gig. It was the first time the four musicians had ever shared a stage.

Awoken by the sound they accidentally created, recording and writing together became inevitable.

Based in Berlin, Lords of Lounge channel surf-inspired, easy-listening lounge classics with a distinctly improvised edge. Their working method is radically simple: everything is recorded while composing—no demos, no overdubs. Just pure vibe and inspiration straight to tape.

Songs are written, rehearsed, and recorded in a narrow window of time between 10:00am (when the drummer’s rehearsal space is free) and 15:00 (when the guitar player has to pick up his children from school).
